We use your data solely for the purposes of:

• Providing matchmaking and related services;
• Creating and managing your member profile;
• Arranging introductions and social events;
• Contacting you regarding matches, feedback, or service updates;
• Fulfilling legal or contractual obligations (e.g. invoices, tax records).

We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be shared only with:

• Photographers, stylists, or coaches directly involved in your service (with your consent);
• Potential matches you have personally approved.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

All client data is stored securely using encrypted systems and password-protected accounts (e.g. Google Workspace, Jotform, or Adfin).
We only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above, or as required by UK law.

After your membership ends, we retain your data for a maximum of 24 months, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you request earlier removal.

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data;
• Withdraw consent for processing;
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you;
